Dance and Movement for Well Being (suitable for over 60s)

Fridays 9 January - 13 February (not 16 January) and 27 February - 27 March

10.30 – 11.30am, refreshments from 11.30am - 12pm, Learning Studio A

A gentle session suitable for those who wish to ease joint mobility, improve agility, balance and self awareness in movement. All movements will be adaptable to suit individual needs, including those who wish to participate while seated.
