We offer standard delegate day rates or tailor-made packages to suit your organisational needs and budget.
Standard conference rates
Full-day delegate rates
start at £33 +VAT
Rates vary, depending on the number of delegates in your booking. The full-day rate assumes 8 hours' occupancy. Your booking includes:
- High-definition projector
- Surround sound
- Intelligent room hardware
- 6-metre tab-tension screen
- SMART Slate technology
- Video conferencing
- Venue co-ordinator
- Delegate packs
- Wi-fi and high-speed broadband
- Refreshments through the day,
plus lunch (Menu D)
Half-day delegate rate
from £18 +VAT
Rates vary, depending on number of delegates in your booking. Half-day rate assumes 4 hours' occupancy and includes hot drinks. If you would like lunch at either the start or end of your booking, please talk to our Venue hire team. Your half-day booking includes:

- Video conferencing
- Venue co-ordinator
- Wi-fi and high-speed broadband
- Two servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
