No Horizon: Locked Rooms
Locked Rooms is the last stage of the three-part project No Horizon in which artist Emma Woffenden has responded to the different spaces of three galleries: Fabrica, Brighton, Angel Row Gallery, Nottingham and now firstsite. Over the past 12 months, Woffenden has created a new collection of sculptural and moving objects which have been represented at each venue in response to their particular architecture and ambiance. For her finale at firstsite, the artist collaborates with artist Ann Course to develop new sculptures, drawings and projected images that redefine the gallery spaces.
