The four artists are brought together in the Artist Space following an intense twelve months working across the three communities in east Colchester. This exhibition showcases the remarkable artworks created with groups of parents and young children, tweens and teenagers. Life-size sculptures created with Ian Etheridge populate the space, Alison Stockmarr's delicate textiles meet the every-day drama of films made with Rob Suffield and Dave Page.

Each artist will inhabit the Artist Space for a week to reveal how ideas are generated, developed and translated into artworks.

Colchester Connect is a firstsite initiative funded by the New Opportunities Healthy Living Fund and developed in partnership with the Community Development Officer in each community.
