Where Will This End?

Barr’s first solo project since Bloomberg New Contemporaries (2003) will see him develop a new installation in response to the Georgian architecture and atmosphere of project space 2. His signature to date has been a combination of brightly coloured, ‘paradise’ wall paintings integrated with industrial wall mounted structures. For firstsite, Barr will continue to question what remains of painting once the act of seeing into’ it is abandoned and create a work that evolves over time.
