Delivery, terms & conditions

Delivery

For deliveries please check individual products. We aim to dispatch orders received before 1 pm, Monday to Friday the same day. However, we cannot guarantee this and some products, especially art work, will be dispatched by the artists directly and delivery times vary. We use Royal Mail First Class post or couriers for all deliveries. We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out.

Payment

Payments are processed using the PayPal secure on-line payment system. You do not have to create a PayPal account to do this.

Postage and Packing

Postage and packaging for UK mainland deliveries is included in the price.

International Shipping

Please note that our prices refer to UK mainland deliveries only.
If your delivery address is outside this area please contact us via e-mail prior to placing an order. Please also note that there may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. firstsite is not responsible for paying these charges. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. firstsite advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund or replace any faulty items within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data entry. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Your payment is processed by PayPal. All customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. We do not keep credit card information. Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do NOT and will NOT pass your details to any third party.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)
